定制流程How it works
按您的图纸或实物样品开发专用模具。We build a dedicated mold from your drawings or a reference sample.
用新模生产首批实物样品，材料与颜色按需调配。The first physical samples come off the new mold, with materials and colours mixed to spec.
样品国际快递到府。满意就继续；需要调整，回到模具改样。Samples ship to your door by international courier. Approve to continue, or send notes and we revise the mold.
您书面确认后启动排产、质检与出货，按约定交付。After your written approval we schedule production, QC and shipment against the agreed terms.
能力Capabilities
模具开发与修改在同一工厂内完成，改样不用重新排队找供应商。Molds are developed and revised in the same factory — revisions never wait on a third-party toolmaker.
打样阶段即可拿到接近可售状态的样品，为众筹、新品测试留出决策空间。Sampling already yields near-retail-grade units, leaving room for crowdfunding and new-product tests before you commit.
