模具费怎么算？How is tooling priced?
由最大外形尺寸、腔数、滑块 / 抽芯结构和表面工艺决定。我们先出模具结构方案，再按钢料与加工工时单独列项，不会把模具费藏进单价里。It follows the part envelope, cavity count, side-actions and surface finish. We propose the tool structure first, then itemise steel and machining — tooling is never buried inside the unit price.
样品要收费吗？Do samples cost anything?
样品费与国际快递费会在报价单中单列；确认批量订单后按约定抵扣。是否抵扣与抵扣条件写在报价单里，不会口头承诺。Sample fee and international courier are itemised. Once a bulk order is confirmed they are credited back under the terms written into the quotation itself — nothing is left to a verbal promise.
模具归谁？Who owns the mold?
你支付模具费后，模具产权归你，保管方式、复用条件与转移条款写入协议。后续返单可复用同一副模具，不必重复开模。Once the tooling fee is paid, the tool is yours. Storage, reuse and transfer terms are written into the agreement, so reorders reuse the same tool instead of paying to cut it again.
图纸会不会外流？Will my drawings leak?
默认保密。需要时可先签 NDA 再传文件，图纸仅用于本次报价与生产，不进入 showroom、案例或对外资料。表单里勾选 NDA 即可。Confidential by default. Sign an NDA before uploading if you prefer — drawings are used for this quote and this production only, never in a showroom, case study or external deck. Tick the NDA box in the form.
变色、夜光这类效果怎么验收？How do we verify photochromic or glow effects?
打样阶段随样品附变色测试记录（光照条件、变色前后对比照片），你收到实物后可自行按同样条件复验；批量按样品封样比对。The sample ships with a test record — light conditions and before/after photos — so you can repeat the same check on the physical part. Bulk output is then compared against the sealed sample.
数量不大，值得开模吗？Is a small quantity worth tooling?
取决于件数与尺寸。数量偏小时，我们会建议软模、少腔或现有模具改型，把模具投入压到能承受的量级；如果不划算，也会直接说清楚。It depends on count and size. For smaller runs we suggest soft tooling, fewer cavities or a modification of an existing tool to bring the investment down to something justifiable — and if the maths does not work, we say so plainly.
